United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Atlas cluster scalability in Dublin. You will lead the end-to-end strategy for vertical, autoscaling, and horizontal scaling, shaping requirements with engineering and ensuring measurable improvements in reliability and predictability for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management on technically complex, infrastructure-level products.
• Demonstrated success owning enterprise-grade, technical products end-to-end.
• Technical fluency: discuss architecture, failure modes, performance, and tradeoffs with engineers.
• Track record of taking products from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 50.
• Strong customer-orientation and field-connection with direct customer engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audience.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics-driven decision making.
• Decisive under ambiguity with hard calls and scope cuts.
• Willingness to engage in Go-To-Market, Marketing, and Sales enablement processes.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear, opinionated vision and strategy for Atlas cluster scalability and translate it into concrete, prioritized bets each release.
• Own the end-to-end roadmap for vertical scaling, autoscaling, and horizontal scaling, including observability surfaces during scaling events.
• Make hard prioritization calls, including saying no to items and owning consequences.
• Build deep technical understanding of Atlas scaling internals and use it to shape requirements and tradeoffs with engineering.
• Represent product direction with conviction to senior engineering leaders and enterprise CTOs.
• Stay close to customers and field partners to understand scaling pain points and trust factors.
• Define success metrics for scalability and build analytics to surface issues early.
• Lead cross-functional execution to ship reliable scaling experiences and accelerate adoption.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to strategic product thinking across teams.
