Job summary
The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) is inviting applications for up to 23 full-time Performance Support Coach positions across League of Ireland clubs. The role focuses on strength and conditioning, athletic development, data management and performance testing within a national framework.
Working with academy directors and multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver individualised development plans, manage LOI iP data and support player welfare while adhering to safeguarding and data
Qualifications
- Degree in sport science or related field.
- Practical experience in strength and conditioning or athletic development.
- Understanding of youth athletic development and maturation.
- Experience using performance tech and data management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver age-appropriate strength, conditioning and athletic development programmes.
- Coordinate growth and maturation assessments and testing.
- Manage data recording and reporting via LOI iP and related tech.
- Collaborate with coaching, medical and welfare staff.
