Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking a Financial Advisor Associate / Junior Financial Advisor for a well-established Dublin financial advisory firm. The role is suited to a QFA-qualified or near-qualified professional at an early stage of their financial advisory career, offering development within a professional team.

The position covers client administration, financial services support and exposure to the advisory process, providing a strong platform to progress toward becoming a fully qualified

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience within financial services, ideally in advisory, administration or support.
• Experience across pensions, investments, life assurance or wealth management.
• Progression towards becoming a Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Financial Advisors on day-to-day management of client accounts.
• Supporting clients across pensions, investments, life assurance and wealth management.
• Preparing client reports, review documentation and financial planning paperwork.
• Processing new business and maintaining accurate client records.
• Liaising with clients, product providers and financial institutions.
• Assisting with client reviews and ongoing account administration.
• Supporting the preparation of recommendations and advisory documentation.
• Ensuring all processes and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
• Developing a strong understanding of the financial planning and advisory process.

My client is a well-established financial advisory firm currently recruiting for a Financial Advisor Associate / Junior Financial Advisor to join their professional team in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a QFA-qualified or almost qualified professional at an early stage of their financial advisory career, who is looking to develop their knowledge and experience while working closely with experienced Financial Advisors.
