Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor in Ireland to manage an established client book and deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments and protection. The role offers a strong commission potential and a hybrid working pattern with client meetings and team integration in Galway or Leitrim.

Qualifications

• Experience as Financial Advisor in the Irish market.
• Full QFA qualification is required.

You'll have the autonomy to manage strong client relationships while benefiting from the support and reputation of a respected business.

You'll work across holistic financial planning, advising both high-net-worth and retail clients while having the opportunity to grow your earnings through new business and commission. The position also offers a hybrid working model, giving you flexibility while maintaining regular contact with clients and colleagues in Galway or Leitrim.

Is this you?

• Experienced in a Financial Advisor role in the Irish market.
• You hold a full QFA qualification. CFP qualification is a benefit but not required.
• You are commercially minded, proactive and comfortable developing relationships and generating new business.
