Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline.
• Experience leading commercial teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contract forms (NEC, GCC) and procurement models.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across rail projects and full lifecycle.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies and budgets.
• Lead change management, claims, and final accounts.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior commercial staff.
