Job summary

Waystone seeks an Associate Director - Enterprise Risk Management to support the ongoing enhancement and oversight of the ERM Framework across the Group. You will partner with Business Units, Core Functions and Legal Entities to drive risk practices, improve data quality and reporting, and evolve the ERMF.

You will lead or support cross-functional change initiatives, develop enterprise risk reporting and Power BI dashboards for Committees and Boards, and contribute to risk taxonomy and appetite

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Audit or Compliance within a regulated environment.
• Experience developing management information and reporting solutions, including Power BI, for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Experience enhancing risk frameworks, processes or operating models within risk, governance or control environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the ERM strategy, roadmap and transformation initiatives across the Group.
• Lead the enhancement of the in-house risk system from requirements through testing to implementation.
• Drive digitisation and automation of risk management processes and reporting.
