AECOM is seeking an Associate Director – Development Infrastructure to help lead our established and high-performing Development Infrastructure team in Dublin, Ireland. This senior role involves technical leadership, business development, and team growth while supporting various clients across Ireland and the U.K.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer (or equivalent) with experience in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong background delivering development infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients.

Job Description

Associate Director – Development Infrastructure (Civil Engineering) to help lead our established and high‑performing Development Infrastructure team. This senior role combines technical leadership, project delivery, business development and team growth.

Our Development Infrastructure team provides civil engineering services across Ireland and the U.K., supporting developers, housebuilders, local authorities and major clients. We work across the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction, covering drainage, highways, flood risk, water infrastructure and SuDS.

The team values practical engineering, collaboration and mentoring, with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality, buildable solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers working on development infrastructure projects.
