Job summary

We provide a range of services across children and adults, with a focus on high-quality care and tailored supports to help people live meaningful lives. The role involves day-to-day care tasks and community-based support within our services.

Qualifications

• Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required, all necessary training provided.
• Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare and CORU registration.
• Full Driver’s Licence required.
• Relevant life experience desirable but not essential.
• Good attitude to work and passionate about supporting people.

Responsibilities

• Support people with their daily plan.
• Support people in the community.
• Support people with their education, skills development and achieving personal outcomes.
• Support people with their living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, family visits, etc.
• Familiar with and adhere to all Company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Shift work over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
