NORMAL A/S is expanding to Ireland and is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic retail team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive growth, lead the team and uphold high store standards while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

NORMAL is a young and dynamic Danish retail chain that opened its first store in April 2013. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly and now operate around 1000 stores across twelve markets. Our expansion now continues in Ireland, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our adventure! Is that you?

The Job

You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the rest of the store team, driving growth and sales. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a unique shopping experience every time they visit your store.

We won’t burden you with long manuals or rigid central control. Instead, we expect you to take responsibility - together with the Store Manager - for sales, store standards, and leadership.

We are busy, so you must be ready to take ownership and go the extra mile. You should be able to work strategically with our exciting range of products, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and neatly presented.
