The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in retail with leadership experience, strong customer service ethos, and proven ability to manage KPIs and budgets. A proactive, hands-on approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and manage KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence in managing store operations, stock, budgets and retail systems.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine interest in developing your retail management career.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
• Lead, motivate and develop the retail team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive sales performance, achieve KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising and product presentation.
• Monitor departmental performance, budgets and costs.
• Support stock management and store efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety, and procedures.
• Own key areas of the business and support store objectives.
