Job summary

Harvey Norman Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience daily. You will lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team while owning department operations, merchandising and stock management.

You will coach, mentor and develop future leaders, support recruitment, training and performance management, and deputise for the Store Manager when required, championing
