Center Parcs UK & Ireland in Longford is seeking a supervisory catering/bar manager to lead and coach a team, delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial targets. Lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns
• Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis
• Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles
• Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer literacy and analytical skills
• Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure
