Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work on exciting Real Estate Projects across Ireland. You will support the Project Manager in defining success criteria and governing project processes.

The role requires a minimum 2 years in project management, with knowledge of project life cycle and PM tools. Strong communication and right-to-work in Ireland are essential for consideration.

Qualifications

• Degree or its equivalent in Construction Management or Related Field.
• Qualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is desirable.
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience, preferably in real estate environments.
• Understanding of project life cycle and core PM concepts, tools and techniques.
• Experience in residential, office, fit-outs and health & education sectors is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Right to work in Ireland.

• Assisting the Project Manager in establishing overall project success criteria (time, cost, performance).
• Assisting planning for ongoing quality, safety, health and environment management.
• Assisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators.

Due to continued growth in our Irish HUB office, our Project Management team in Dublin are looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to work on exciting Real Estate Projects throughout Ireland.

• Assisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projects
• Assisting in the planning for the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Assisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
• Tracking and documenting changes

Qualifications

• Qualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is desirable.

• Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. ideally residential, office, fit-outs and health & education
