Enable Ireland's Shop in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to lead our shop team and drive sales in a charity setting. You will inspire staff and volunteers, deliver excellent customer service, and help achieve targets while upholding the charity’s values.

Overview of the Post: To work as a member of our Team, the post holder will assist in the day to day running of the shop whilst motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to help achieve sales targets in order to maximise our contribution to Enable Ireland's services. You must have retail experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results, enjoy being on the shop floor whilst driving sales through great customer service and be motivated by working for a charity.
