Job summary

Caffè Nero in Ireland is hiring Assistant Managers to help run busy stores with a strong focus on customer service and team development.

You will support the Store Manager with coaching, training and performance management, while ensuring top service, safe premises and smooth daily operations across shift patterns.

• Support the Store Manager with training, coaching and managing their team to drive standards and performance.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Lead by example and provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

• Brilliant training – coffee experience is welcome but not required.

• Via our incentive ‘Nero 90’, our Assistant Managers also have the opportunity to receive an additional 30c per hour, if their store collectively achieves the Customer Satisfaction score.
