Kelco Communications Ltd in Galway is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Vodafone retail store. You will lead the team to drive sales and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on coaching staff, exceeding targets, handling customer queries, and delivering an outstanding store experience. Salary is €15.65 per hour with uncapped monthly commission, and a clear path for career progression.

Job description

Availability: Monday-Wednesday, Saturday: 9:30am - 6pm

Thursday & Friday: 9:30am - 7pm

Sunday: 12pm-6pm

Location: Galway Shopping Centre

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daytoday running of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading the team to success.
