Job summary

Castlemartyr Resort seeks an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our Grounds team in East Cork. The role supports daily maintenance of greens, fairways, tees, and roughs under the Course Superintendent, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

You should have experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping, and a driving licence. A Horticultural Studies qualification is advantageous; the role requires strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Green Keeping / Golf Course Maintenance / Landscaping.
• Horticultural Studies qualification is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Full driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of greens, fairways, roughs, tees, and other course areas with Course Superintendent.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Oversee clubhouse surrounds and course landscaping.
• Maintain course aesthetics and cleanliness, repair issues promptly.
