Responsibilities include implementing maintenance plans, training staff, and preparing reports. Qualifications

• HND Qualification is preferred.
• Spraying Certificates is an advantage.
• Familiarity with an Irrigation System is desirable.
• Excellent plant knowledge with optimum growing conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible in working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain both Golf Courses to a Championship Standard.
• Assist in course construction and annual renovation projects.
• Work closely with the Resort Superintendent to improve golf courses.
• Implement maintenance plans within budget.
• Prepare monthly reports for management.
• Direct and supervise maintenance of greens and landscaping.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff.
• Create a high-performance team environment.
