Responsibilities include implementing maintenance plans, training staff, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have an HND qualification, excellent plant knowledge, and familiarity with irrigation systems, offering an opportunity to grow professionally with ongoing training and unique perks like discounted gym memberships and meals while on duty.

Qualifications

• HND Qualification is preferred.
• Spraying Certificates is an advantage.
• Familiarity with an Irrigation System is desirable.
• Excellent plant knowledge with optimum growing conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible in working hours when required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain both Golf Courses to a Championship Standard.
• Assist in course construction and annual renovation projects.
• Work closely with the Resort Superintendent to improve golf courses.
• Implement maintenance plans within budget.
• Prepare monthly reports for management.
• Direct and supervise maintenance of greens and landscaping.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff.
• Create a high-performance team environment.
