Job summary

Nando's is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Limerick Crescent restaurant in Dooradoyle. You’ll work with your Patrão (General Manager) to lead the team, manage operations, and drive performance focused on guest experience.

You’ll follow a structured training plan, promote safety and compliance, balance the budget, forecast labour, and develop colleagues to progress to GM roles. A strong hospitality background and leadership in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L awareness and cost control.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team and partner with the General Manager to drive performance.
• Use data and performance trends to optimise sales and profitability while ensuring compliance and safety.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery channels.
• Recruit, develop and motivate team members to deliver great results and growth.
