Job summary

MSL Engineering is seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant to support processing of financial information and reporting across Ireland and Europe. Initially an onsite role in Ringaskiddy with potential for hybrid work after settling in.

Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable processing, month-end activities, budgeting and quarterly reforecasts, and assisting with annual audits. The ideal candidate will have a finance or accounting degree, 1–2 years’ experience, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting Graduate
• 1-2 yrs experience in a financial accounting role
• Pursuing or intending to pursue a Professional Accounting Qualification
• Good analytical skills and strong MS Excel capability, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of reporting systems including SAP experience, an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an effective team player
• An ambitious individual who wants to progress their career in a continuously growing business
• Excellent organizational skill

The Assistant Financial Accountant will have responsibility for supporting the processing of financial information and assisting in financial information reporting and analysis. Reports to Financial Accountant.

Location

Initially it is an onsite role in Ringaskiddy, but there will be a possibility of a hybrid model after a settling in period
