Job summary

NYX Hotels Dublin Portobello is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a vibrant, laidback luxury setting. You will work closely with the Head of Department to motivate the team, supervise service delivery, and ensure memorable guest experiences across all F&B outlets.

You’ll bring creativity to events, be visible on the floor, organize and support during functions, and help with reviews and team coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and bring creativity to the table.
• Organise and support during events to create memorable moments.
• Keep the team morale high, especially when things get busy.
• Be visible on the floor so the team knows you’ve got their backs.
• Support the Food and Beverage Manager with management of the wider team; this could include reviews and coffee catch ups.
