HEGURU CENTER PTE. LTD. invites entry-level candidates to start as Assistant Teacher, with training and certification from our Japan Headquarters, and a path to Main Teacher within 6–8 months.

The salary progression begins at $2,400–$2,600, rising to $3,000–$3,500 after probation, with sponsored training and overseas sessions for selected teachers. Expect a 5‑day schedule, weekend availability, and opportunities for growth into senior teaching, leadership, and management roles as the brand

Job description

Start as an Assistant Teacher, get trained and certified by our Japan Headquarters, and move up to Main Teacher within 6-8 months. No teaching experience needed.

Your pay and progression

• Start as an Assistant Teacher at $2,400-$2,600 with fully sponsored training

• 6-8 months: certified Main Teacher at $3,000-$3,500. Sponsored Japan training once you pass probation successfully

• As a Main Teacher: lesson token incentives, guaranteed increments, performance bonus and completion bonus

• Further growth into senior teaching, leadership and management roles as we expand

Your schedule (5 days, about 40 hours a week)

• Wednesday: 9:00am-6:00pm

• Thursday to Friday: 9:30am-6:00pm

• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30am-6:00pm (Weekend availability is required)

• Monday, Tuesday and most public holidays off

What you'll do

• Conduct brain development lessons for children aged 0-12

You might be

• An entry level candidate, career switcher, or student in early childhood or education

• Someone with a music, dance or performing arts background

• Comfortable singing, moving and kneeling at children's level

• Positive, energetic and keen to learn
