Agape Global is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing for a reputable nursing home in the Laois area. You will lead clinical operations, mentor nursing staff and ensure high standards of compassionate care.

Reporting to the Nursing Director, you will develop care plans, coordinate schedules, monitor budgets, drive regulatory compliance and implement quality KPIs to improve resident outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of nursing management experience with older persons in the last 6 years.
• Minimum of 7 years post-registration experience.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and inspections for residential care.
• A third-level qualification in management.
• Ability to manage workload flexibly and respond to short-notice demands.
