Provide strong professional and clinical leadership within the nursing team
Deliver safe, comprehensive, and person-centred nursing care in accordance with NMBI standards and guidelines
Monitor, manage, and evaluate clinical and professional standards using an evidence-based approach to care planning
Manage an individual caseload effectively in line with the requirements and needs of the role
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, maintaining effective communication and cooperation with colleagues
Be registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Have a minimum of 7 years’ post-registration nursing experience
Demonstrate a proven track record in nursing management at CNM3 level or above
Demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, managerial, and administrative competencies required for a senior nursing leadership role
Have proven experience in implementing service improvements and driving positive change
Have experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary and multi-professional environment
Possess extensive knowledge and experience of nursing management principles and practices
Ideally hold, or be currently pursuing, a relevant management or leadership qualification
Demonstrate basic computer literacy and proficiency in relevant IT systems
