NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is expanding its footprint in Ireland. We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the branch manager in maximizing sales and delivering first-class service to customers.

The role involves leading the branch team, managing stock and costs, and maintaining health and safety standards across the depot. The ideal candidate has automotive experience, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager to achieve branch sales, margins and targets.
• Ensure first-class service to all customers.
• Lead the branch team to meet sales and promotional targets.
• Manage branch running costs and stock control, including stock taking and adjustments.
• Oversee cash handling and management of specific customer accounts.
• Support senior management with policies and procedures.
• Communicate aims and objectives to the team.
• Oversee daily running of the branch and health and safety within the depot.
