Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, a 5‑star luxury property in Killarney, seeks an energetic Assistant Banqueting Manager to support Conference & Banqueting operations within the Food & Beverage department. You will drive weddings, private events, conferences, and corporate functions, collaborating with F&B management and other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bar and Events Manager in the daily running of all C&B operations.
• Lead, train, motivate, and mentor the C&B team to consistently deliver five-star service.
• Oversee set-up, service, and breakdown of conferences, meetings, weddings, and banquets.
• Ensure all events are executed to the highest brand, service, and safety standards.
• Liaise with Events, Sales, F&B, and Kitchen teams to ensure flawless event coordination.
• Assist with duty management responsibilities as required.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiencies within the department.
• Handle guest queries quickly and professionally, ensuring memorable experiences.

About The Role
