Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst to support the reconciliation and processing of positions related to Corporate Action events. You will review events, liaise with cross‑functional teams, and ensure accurate postings while escalating issues as needed.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, data interpretation, and policy adherence within Citi’s control environment. A hybrid work model is offered with a base salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including: Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Proven success as a team player.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications, notifications and postings for Corporate Action events.
• Liaise with units and departments relating to and impacting clients on Corporate Action items.
• Pro‑actively reconcile instructions vs eligible holders and execute client votes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies within department standards.
