Job summary

Statkraft is seeking an experienced Asset Management professional in Ireland to lead reporting and improve portfolio performance. You will coordinate daily and long-term asset strategies, ensure contract compliance, and develop business cases for project ownership.

The role requires a degree in engineering or natural sciences, strong English communication, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams within a renewable energy context.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or natural sciences is required.
  • Interest in renewable energy sector is expected.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent report writing and English communication skills.
  • Experience working in multi-team environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver reporting deliverables under AMA contracts.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across the Asset Management Portfolio.
  • Develop business cases and present to project owner.
  • Coordinate daily and long-term management of assets.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met by the team.
  • Lead a team of Engineers and Report Writers.
  • Support DS3 and monthly client operational reports.
  • Interface with technicians, contractors, customers, and DSOs/TSOs.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the reporting deliverables under the AMA contracts
  • Identify improvement opportunities across the Asset Management Portfolio
  • Develop business cases and present to project owner
  • Coordinate the daily and long-term strategic management of the assets
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are being met by the team
  • Manage the third-party asset contracts
  • Provide support to the wider team in the acquisition of additional projects as Statkraft grows its portfolio
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Development of processes as well as digitisation
  • Provide support on and manage the completion of technical performance analysis of the Statkraft operational fleet to prepare monthly client operational reports
  • Provide support on and manage the completion of DS3 reports
  • Oversee and manage performance management, comparison against key KPI's, closing out of bonus and LD calculations
  • Interfacing with technicians, contractors, Customers and DSOs/TSOs as required
  • Lead a team of Engineers & Report Writers
Requirements
  • Must hold a relevant Degree in engineering or natural sciences
  • A keen interest in working in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong communication, relationship building (including multi-team player) and people skills
  • Excellent report writing capability
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Statkraft manages critical infrastructure and services in several countries.
