Job summary

Statkraft is seeking a dedicated Asset Management Reporting Lead in Ireland to deliver AMA contract reporting, develop business cases, and drive improvement across the portfolio. You will coordinate daily and long-term asset management, ensure contractual obligations are met, and support third-party contracts and new project acquisitions.

You will lead a team of engineers and report writers, develop DS3 and monthly client performance reports, and champion digitisation and process improvement

• Must hold a relevant degree in engineering or natural sciences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; multi‑team collaboration.

• Responsible for the reporting deliverables under the AMA contracts
• Identify improvement opportunities across the Asset Management Portfolio
• Develop business cases and present to project owner
• Coordinate the daily and long‑term strategic management of the assets
• Ensure all contractual obligations are being met by the team
• Manage the third‑party asset contracts
• Provide support to the wider team in the acquisition of additional projects as Statkraft grows its portfolio
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of processes as well as digitisation
• Provide support on and manage the completion of technical performance analysis of the Statkraft operational fleet to prepare monthly client operational reports
• Provide support on and manage the completion of DS3 reports
• Oversee and manage performance management, comparison against key KPI’s, closing out of bonus and LD calculations
• Interface with technicians, contractors, customers and DSOs/TSOs as required
• Lead a team of engineers & report writers

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant degree in engineering or natural sciences
• A keen interest in working in the renewable energy sector
• Strong communication, relationship building (including multi‑team player) and people skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Statkraft manages critical infrastructure and services in several countries.
  The applicant must be eligible for security clearance and authorisation
