Job summary

Statkraft in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead wind and solar project delivery from pre-construction to completion. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk while coordinating internal teams, consultants and contractors.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, proven experience in renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in MS Office, Project, SharePoint and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects through construction.
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, particularly wind, solar and battery energy storage projects.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts and project delivery from development to operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project (or equivalent), SharePoint and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Providing project reporting, governance, documentation and progress updates to senior management.

  • Using Statkraft systems for project controls, contracts, safety, risk and financial management.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to the wider renewable energy project delivery team.

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager - Construction to strengthen the business area’s Project Delivery Unit. The team is responsible for the project execution of large-scale infrastructure renewable projects of onshore wind and solar across UK / Ireland.

This role will be based in our Cork, Ireland office.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of wind projects from pre-construction through to completion by:

  • Managing project scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
