The Maples Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Associate to join our growing team. The role focuses on asset finance structures for lenders, sponsors and investors, including securitisations, leases and facility arrangements.

You will work within a collaborative, high-calibre team, handling Irish and cross-border matters, reviewing documentation, negotiating terms and supporting client relationships across domestic and international institutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience at a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the UK or internationally.
• Strong academic background with excellent drafting and written communication skills.
• 1–5 years post-qualification experience in asset finance, banking or structured finance.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on Irish law across asset finance matters.
• Manage transactions end-to-end efficiently and effectively.
• Work with domestic and international clients including lenders and investors.
• Review documentation from an Irish law perspective across structures/jurisdictions.
• Prepare and negotiate Irish security documents (share charge, mortgage, etc.).
• Engage in business development and cross-selling; support junior lawyers.
