Specsavers, Dawson Street is seeking a Trainee Optical Assistant. You don’t need previous optics experience; you will help create an outstanding store environment and ensure every patient receives the best care.

We offer Full Time Hours (40 per week) with weekend and evening hours, strong training and development, and support from experienced Opticians and Technicians to help you grow within Specsavers.

Qualifications

• No prior optics experience required; willingness to learn.
• Passion for customer service and retail excellence.
• Able to work 40 hours weekly including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store.
• Support store operations and patient care.
• Assist Opticians and Technicians as needed.
• Build knowledge of optical products and services.
