Job summary

Specsavers Ballina is hiring a Trainee Optical Assistant to welcome customers, schedule eye tests, and help them choose frames. This is an entry-level role designed for people who are passionate about customer service and eyewear.

The store offers full training and development with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians, plus opportunities to pursue professional qualifications and CPD points. The role is full-time with weekend work, in Ballina.

• No experience required; training provided.
• Welcoming customers and providing style advice.
• Willingness to work weekends.
