Job summary

The Address Cork is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Assistant to join our Food and Beverage team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will support the supervisor in serving guests, taking orders and upselling where appropriate while maintaining high service standards.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in restaurant or F&B customer service, be available for early shifts starting at 6:30am, and possess fluent English with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or Food and Beverage customer service environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage while adhering to service standards.
• Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling customers' requests accurately.
• Knowledgeable of all menus and able to explain dishes confidently, while upselling when opportunities arise.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience.
• Cleaning the outlet to the required standard and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.
