Qualifications

• No prior experience required; accredited training provided to support your career.
• Experience catering for large groups is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meals
• Menu planning
• Cleaning the kitchen & utensils
• Record keeping (food, hygiene and safety) in line with current legislation and guidelines for best practice
• Stock take, ordering and rotating stock
• Being aware of dietary and texture requirements.
