Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and deliver meals to the 4 children’s rooms in the service in a timely manner as required.
• To liaise with team to ensure that all food levels are adequate and to use the HSE Food & Nutrition Guidelines when preparing and cooking meals for the children.
• To work at all times within the guidelines of HACCP.
• To keep the kitchen and store room tidy and hygienically clean.
