Fu Moon Ltd t/a Fu Moon is currently hiring a full time Chef de Partie to join our team at 101 Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

Duties include Asian Chinese food preparation, meal cooking and production. The ideal candidate has at least two years of Asian Chinese cooking experience, a Level 5 qualification (or equivalent Asian Chinese cooking qualification) and Mandarin Chinese language ability.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of Asian Chinese cooking experience.
• Level 5 qualification or Asian Chinese cooking qualification.
• Mandarin Chinese language required.
