Job Description

Aidan Doherty Transport Ltd is looking to hire 6 Articulated Truck Drivers (E+C Licence) for a permanent ongoing contract based in Tipperary Town, Ireland. The role involves supermarket distribution night shift, including loading the trailer at the distribution centre and delivering as per manifest through the night to supermarkets in the Munster and Connaught regions. This is a full‑time permanent contract with a gross annual salary of €34,000 and 39 working hours per week.

There is no sleeping out in the truck; all drivers return to base after each shift. Company car or van is supplied free of charge for travel to and from the depot to the distribution centre. Accommodation is also provided in a shared home; the cost of the room is €40 per week plus €20 per week for utilities. Accommodation is temporary until you are self‑sufficient.

Free of charge electric pallet truck training and manual handling training are supplied.
