Perform Recruitment is seeking an experienced Articulated HGV Driver (CE) for a client in Waterford. Based in Kilcohan, the role focuses on safe deliveries, customer service, and adherence to transport procedures within a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a CE licence with CPC, has at least 6 months of HGV experience, and can work in Ireland. IT-literate drivers using POD and driver apps are preferred, with a professional and safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Valid full Articulated HGV (CE) licence.
• Up-to-date Driver CPC.
• Minimum 6 months’ professional HGV driving experience.
• Right to work in Ireland.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using driver apps.
• Reliable, professional attitude with road-safety focus.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
• Monday–Friday with weekend availability when required.

Responsabilités

• Delivering and collecting goods safely in an articulated vehicle.
• Representing the company professionally with customers and the public.
• Carrying out vehicle safety checks and maintaining vehicles.
• Completing driving documentation, route plans, and delivery records.
• Uploading POD and job details via driver app.
• Loading/unloading goods per safety rules.
• Ensuring deliveries/collections meet agreed timeframes.
• Following road safety regulations and company policies.
