Job summary

Sysco Ireland in Cork is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to drive sales, profit and margin in the assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders while promoting the use of system tools and maintaining a growing customer base.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in field sales within foodservice, deep knowledge of the food and catering market, strong analytical skills, and a flexible, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the food & catering market.
• Strong credit control skills.
• 3-5 years field sales experience in foodservice.
• High level of flexibility.
• Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Proactive approach to customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and computer literacy.
• Full clean B Driving Licence.

Key Accountabilities
