Job summary

Connected Health Group Limited is seeking an Area Support Nurse to combine hands-on clinical expertise with governance and service improvement across our homecare footprint in Ireland. You will work with Client Care Managers to uphold clinical standards and ensure safe, compassionate care in clients' homes.

The ideal candidate is an NMBI-registered General Nurse with at least 3 years in acute settings, holds a full driving license, and can lead, train and support teams while improving quality

Qualifications

• Active on the NMBI Register (General Nurse)
• 3+ years' experience in an acute setting
• Full driving licence
• Strong teamwork and initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance and clinical compliance for area; report to Quality Manager
• Identify quality improvements and assist in policy/audit development
• Ensure clinical compliance per HSE Tender Specification
• Provide clinical input for HQIA preparation as directed
• Support operations with clinical compliance reviews as priorities allow
• Maintain oversight of governance and clinical issues with weekly updates
• Identify patterns requiring escalation or investigation
• Assist with internal audits focused on clinical assessments and care
• Provide day-to-day support to operations teams
• Track quality improvement initiatives and patient care information
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement
