Job summary

The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul is seeking an Area Manager to cover Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow. The role is a permanent full-time position (37.5 hours per week) and leads a team of Shop Managers in the East Region to maximise sales, productivity and customer satisfaction from SVP shops.

You will bring multi-site retail management experience, P+L accountability and strong leadership and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Multi-site experience essential
• 3+ years high-volume retail management across multiple locations
• 3+ years managing a large workforce including staff and volunteers across multiple locations
• Experience in community/voluntary sector desirable

Area Manager - Dublin, Kildare & Wicklow (Permanent Full Time)

Salary range: €50,000 per annum; paid monthly

Experience: 3+ years of high volume retail management experience over multiple locations

SVP is a large, national, voluntary organisation with extensive experience of working with a diverse range of people who experience poverty and exclusion. The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Area Manager(Permanent Full Time; 37.5 hours per week) to join our East Region team incovering Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow, based in SVP House. The post holder will have responsibility for developing and leading a team of Shop Managers within the Region. To maximise sales, productivity, revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction levels through the efficient management of the Vincent’s shops by ensuring compliance within the SVP retail standards, current relevant legislation and SVP policy and ethos.
