Job summary

RECRUITERS is partnering with a leading European grocery retailer to appoint an Area Manager who will oversee stores across Carlow and Portlaoise. You will lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and shape store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a strategic, people-focused leader with a focus on development and career growth in retail. A minimum 2.1 degree or three years of management experience, plus a full clean driving licence, are preferred.

What You'll Receive

• €78,000* starting salary for a Trainee Area Manager
• Salary progression from €89,500 up to €121,000 within three years
