Job summary

Connected Health Group Limited in Ireland is seeking an Area Support Nurse to join our clinical team. You will balance hands-on nursing with governance, quality assurance and service improvement to raise standards across your region.

Working with Client Care Managers, you will oversee compliance, support home-based care, drive training, policy development and patient safety initiatives, while supporting staff and maintaining compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Active on the NMBI Register - General Nurse Division.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute setting.
• Hold a current full clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee area governance and clinical compliance; report to Quality Manager.
• Identify improvements, develop education and policy enhancements, audits, and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure clinical compliance per HSE Tender Specification and advise on HQIA preparation.
