Job summary

CPL seeks an experienced Quality Assurance and Clinical Governance leader to drive strategic and operational oversight across community-based services in North Dublin, including Home Care, Day Care, Meals on Wheels and Family Support. You will lead safeguarding, risk management, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, person-centred services aligned with HIQA and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ progressive experience in quality, governance, safeguarding, risk management or healthcare/social care leadership.
• Senior management experience in community healthcare, home support, disability, older persons’ services or regulated care environment.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, HSE governance frameworks, safeguarding policy and practice, risk management and quality improvement methodologies.
• Experience in audit, regulatory compliance, inspection preparedness, incident investigation and Board/senior management reporting.
• Eligibility: Permission to work in Ireland.
• Current professional registration where applicable.
