Job summary

Arup is offering a work placement within its Architecture team in Cork, Ireland. You will contribute to multi-discipline projects, from concept design to construction delivery, with a focus on Science, Industry & Technology sectors.

You will assist in interpreting briefs, building 3D models and renders, and preparing drawings and presentations while aligning with Arup’s Sustainable Futures strategy. Eligibility requires an Architecture degree as a minimum, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a minimum of a degree qualification in Architecture; master's qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical and design abilities with independent judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork, with good communication and presentation ability.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines; proficiency in Revit/Rhino.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the client brief with the Architecture team.
• Develop 3D models and renders for multi-discipline projects.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, specifications, and presentations.
• Develop design deliverables aligning with Arup’s Sustainable Futures strategy.
