Job summary

Arup is seeking a Graduate Project Manager for its Early Careers Programme in Ireland. You will support projects through feasibility, planning, procurement, design coordination, and construction delivery while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Arup.

You will gain exposure to cost management, contract administration, and project controls, while developing long-term strategies to create value for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months or less in a similar role
• Recently graduated or on track to graduate before employment starts
• Eligible to work in Ireland under Critical Skills or General Employment Permit schemes

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery from concept through to implementation.
• Work with clients across science, technology, public, and private sectors.
• Contribute to project planning, procurement, design management, and contract management activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality and sustainable solutions.
• Help develop long-term strategies and business plans that create value for clients.
