Job summary

RAD Search is seeking an Architectural Technologist with 3-6 years of experience to join their growing team in Ireland. The role focuses on mid-large scale housing, residential developments and commercial schemes, with strong BIM and Revit expertise required.

RAD Search is working with an established architectural practice recognised for its award-winning residential and mixed-use projects across Ireland. The studio has built a strong reputation for delivering well-designed, high-quality projects.

With ongoing growth and a desire to add more experience to their workforce, they are looking to welcome an Architectural Technologist with around 3-6 years’ experience to join their expanding team. Applicants should ideally have experience working within Ireland or the UK.

The Role:

This position would suit a Technologist with project experience across sectors such as residential, multi-unit housing, private one-off housing, office and large-scale commercial schemes. A varied background is welcomed, and a well-rounded portfolio will stand out.

Projects are primarily focused on mid-large scale housing and residential developments, so experience in this typology would be desirable and put you at a considerable advantage.

A strong technical skillset is essential, particularly across BIM and the delivery stages of projects. Suitable candidates will be confident producing detailed drawing packages, comfortable working on-site, and capable of engaging with both clients and contractors throughout the build process.

Software:

Strong Revit capability is required.
