Grafton Group is seeking a commercially minded Merchandiser to support the development and presentation of our architectural ironmongery range across Ireland. This hybrid role blends visual merchandising, range management and light technical specification, ensuring products are well-positioned for trade and end-users.

You will manage in-store presentation, coordinate range reviews, and assist clients with selections balancing aesthetics, compliance and value.

Qualifikationen

• Background in merchandising, category management, or product coordination in hardware/building materials.
• Understanding of architectural ironmongery ranges such as locks, hinges, handles and door furniture.
• Commercially focused with strong product presentation and visual merchandising skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and holds a valid driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain retail and trade merchandising plans for ironmongery displays.
• Label, price, and present products; create planograms and layout guides with internal teams.
• Manage product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation; support promotions and campaigns.
• Advise customers and colleagues on suitable ironmongery solutions and ensure stock quality.
• Collaborate with Category, Buying, Marketing and Technical teams; participate in training and events.
