Job summary

Morgan McKinley Ireland is seeking an experienced software integration specialist to design and implement strategic solutions aligned with the organization’s long-term goals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver EAI projects, leveraging Spring Boot, Kafka, MuleSoft, and microservice architecture across on-prem and cloud environments.

Strong SDLC experience and proficiency with SQL/PL-SQL, Oracle, and UNIX/Linux are valued, with a focus on quality, testing, and production support.

Qualifications

Job description

• Design and implement strategic solutions to meet the long-term goals of the organization.
• Strong business and technical experience in requirements gathering including Designing, development, implementation, and installation EAI using Spring Boot, Kafka, MuleSoft 3.x/4.x.
• Partner and work with cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders and vendors to develop and delivers outcomes that meet business objectives.
• Full participation in the end-to-end Development of Projects covering all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including Requirement Analysis, Designing, Build/Construction, Testing and Deployment.
• Participate in helping support team for any production issue and triage with technology stakeholders.
• Identifies potential project risks and difficulties and designs strategies to mitigate or avoid them proactively.
• Experience in various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using various development methodologies based on Agile and Test-driven development.
• A well-organized, goal-oriented, highly motivated, and effective team player with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Core skills - Required and Preferred

• Good hands-on experience in developing middle tier applications using Quarkus, Spring Boot, Kafka, REDIS, MongoDB
• Strong experience on Microservice architecture including Amazon Webservice, Mule ESB, AnyPoint studio, API kit, API Gateway, Flow, and various Connectors.
• Proficiency in core Java/J2EE, Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Strong Experience in UNIX and LINUX along with MQ
• Good experience in SQL/PL-SQL programming for packages, stored procedures etc., using Oracle 12c/19c/23c, REDIS.
• Experience in working with different databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, SQL for different Data Models.
• Added advantage in SAS programming experience in Windows and Unix. Also having worked in updating, data extraction, transformation and loading to data warehouse, data analysis, mapping analysis and business driven data validation
• Experience in performing Unit testing, Integration Testing and generation of test cases using Junit.
• Knowledgeable in common application security vulnerabilities, their impacts, and remediation.
• Deep knowledge of application layer of network stack (HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP, NDM, MQ).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Banking core business experience, specifically in Payments and Commercial banking domain is added advantage.
• Excellent problem solving/critical thinking interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
